This is a database which allows faculty, post-docs, graduate students and staff involved in outreach to document their activities. A brief online form is provided to log basic outreach information about events, personal contacts, programs, and presentations. The data is used by OGS outreach staff to initiate follow-up activities and coordinate participants’ involvement to maximize the impact.
